**7/9/14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: REMOVE ITEM #2 FROM ENGINEERS STRUCTURAL EVALUATION REPORT WHICH INCLUDES THE STRUCTURAL HEADER OVER A PROPOSED OPENING IN THE EXISTING WALL. SRZ** - To repair an existing 23'x56' existing mobile home and connected mobile home, room addition, and snow roof at this address as outlined per the engineers structural evaluation report and calculations. Work to include: replace existing ceiling rafters in the north coach, provide support matching existing for existing metal roof material, and replace ceiling; Install a new header across opening between north coach and connecting structure; connect and provide end supports for the new header per the engineering report; remove subfloor sheathing as necessary to expose framing back to sound subfloor sheathing and framing; remove and replace deteriorated floor framing with matching material, size, and spacing; replace subfloor sheathing to match existing; enclose open sides with sheathing and siding; provide flashing at roof edges and seal to ensure a watertight envelope. All work shall comply with the engineering, all applicable codes, and the structural inspector’s final approval. This is a scope of work permit for a repair only. Only the work defined in this scope is approved for repair. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. The Building Official has determined carbon monoxide poisoning, smoke and fire related hazards to be specific hazards associated with buildings and/or structures without smoke and carbon monoxide detection and alarm systems that do not meet current building codes. Carbon monoxide poisoning, smoke and fire related hazards are substantial hazards because the likelihood of death and or injury from said hazards increases in buildings and/or structures. The existing portions of buildings or structures with non-existent or inadequate smoke and carbon monoxide detection and alarm systems that do not meet current building codes must be retrofitted to meet current code requirements. **SRZ**
