Vineyard Christian Fellowship TI - **3-7-14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE REMOVE AND REPLACE TWO EXISTING EXTERIOR WINDOWS WITH NEW DOUBLE LEAF DOORS WITH NEW DOOR HARDWARE. SRZ** To remodel an existing 3,128 square foot building for a non-separated mixed use/occupancy for food distribution and assembly occupancy. Work to include: construct new interior walls and associated doors to create a new assembly and distribution room, four new conference rooms, and new assembly and packaging room; remove an existing exterior door and replace with new double doors; install new exterior aluminum windows; new exterior manufactured stone veneer in locations per plans; construct new exterior canopy/fascia’s and columns over the new entry locations per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. The Assembly/Distibution room shall be posted with a Max. occupant load of 60 persons. The Assembly/Packaging room shall be posted with a Max. occupant load of 64 persons.
