KM Engineering - ** 6-19-14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: CONSTRUCT OFFICE WALLS NOTED AS FUTURE; REMOVE THE EAST EXTERIOR DOUBLE DOORS; AND CREAT TO CORRIDOR OPENINGS AS RED-LINED ON SHEET A1.0. SRZ** - To increase this tenants area by an additional 4,185 square feet by expanding into the adjacent tenant space and constructing a new 2nd floor per plans. This project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 will increase the 1st floor area of the existing tenant space by an additional 1,793 square feet for immediate occupancy. Phase 1 work will include: installation of new 2nd floor structure; pouring 1st floor concrete slab; create a new 5'X7' opening and 3'-6"X3' opening for a sliding window in the existing tenant demising wall; construct new interior walls to create new offices, conference room, two new men’s and women’s accessible restrooms, and entry; construct new stairs to the 2nd floor addition; new suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical rough-in for phase 2. Phase 2 will complete development of the 903 square foot office space on the 1st floor and 1,489 square foot open office area on the second floor. Phase 2 work will include: create a new 3'X7' opening in the existing tenant separation wall at the 2nd floor level; construct new interior walls to create new offices and a conference room; complete mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. All
work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and other reviewing agencies approvals. A Final Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when Phase 1 and Phase 2 is completed. Note: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
