Work to include: Construct the foundation and the engineered metal building; construct interior non-bearing partition walls to divide this space into a service area, break room, and single user restroom; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all adopted codes.
