This building was constructed in Garden City prior to a code was adopted by the City. This permit will correct a non-compliant exterior wall and provide minimum fixtures required. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new accessible restroom, new plumbing, construct new parapet on south exterior wall, reconstruct south exterior wall to comply with one-hour rating and opening requirements, and new interior finishes. If racking is installed greater than 8 ft. in height a separate racking permit will be required. This building is not fire sprinklered. **TLW**
