Bronco Elite Athletics - To remodel an existing 18,992 square foot building and partially change the occupancy to an assembly occupancy for gymnastics use. Work to include: Construct 2-hour fire resistant Fire Barrier walls for occupancy separation and fire area separation; install accessible upgrades to an existing restroom; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; installation of new lighting and mechanical equipment; new doors and associated hardware; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; install new emergency light fixtures and illuminated exit signs; and construct new pits in the existing slab areas per plan locations and engineering. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, engineering, and all adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
