Insp of three brace panels at North wall ......including Hold downs, Titen Screws and nailing...OK. As per Engineers direction, I observed new raked shear wall locacted at center of building above CMU wall. Wall sheathed and nailed at 6/12. Also glue lam block , 4 hold downs (mounted horizontally) with threaded rod and nuts completed to tie the beam from North building (East side) to South building. Approx 40 foot strap installed to connect beam at North bldg to South bldg. Strap nailed into 2x8 ....full length.
