J.D. Byrider Service Facility - To remodel an existing 5,936 square foot building to be used for an Automotive Service Facility per plans. Work to include: demolition work per plans; construct new interior walls to create a new accessible restroom, new customer waiting area/Office/Lounge, parts storage and vehicle service areas; install a suspended ceiling system; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; replace exterior wall overhead doors and windows per plan locations; install new roofing; plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work; and exterior site improvements. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
