Barbarian Brewing - To remodel an existing 1,613 square foot retail tenant space in an existing 7,392 square foot building for use as a brewery/tasting room. Work to include: demolition work per plans; install new emergency exit lights and an illuminated exist sign; install brewing equipment and bar counter; remodel existing restroom to meet accessibility in compliance with the A117.1-2009 with new plumbing fixtures, grab bars, and dispensers; install new sinks; resurface and seal concrete floor; remodel an existing room for cooler storage; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; plumbing work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
