Building 'A' is 975 square feet and Building 'B' is 1,038 square feet. Northwest exit, building B on city approved drawing, needs to have exit sign/emergency lighting serviced, egress/exit did not stay illuminated when power was isolated. Thumburn deadbolt on same door will be changed to double key deadbolt and associated signage installed. Exit discharge landings for building A need to have emergency egress illumination installed. SIngle action door hardware needs to be installed on the west exit for building A as well as a double key deadbolt installed on east entrance with associated signage.
