Mayors Hot Line complaint received from adjacent property owner John Holland that contractor has constructed a fence on his property, removed trees and also damaged a sprinkler line. Spoke with Carl, general contractor ESI and Patrick the adjacent tenant on concerns also followed up with Mr. Holland and Jeff in the mayors office. Adjacent property owners will negotiate for repairs to sprinkler line, encroachment onto property with construction fencing and the removal of trees growing on property line.
