- furnace single wall flue doesnt have clearnaces to combustibles
- gas line needs the shut off valve put before the sediment trap
- access door into mech room needs weather stripping put in place to seal mech room from bathroom
- homeowner had told me that the water heater was done a few years ago by another contractor and was wondering how it looked. The water heater did have some violations with the shut off valve and sediment trap/ single wall venting being too close to combustilbes/ the vent termination outside being too close to a window and there was no shut off valve in the water line
