Mechanical Gas Fireplace Rough-In Inspection Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Dan Otero- horizontal piping needs 3" clearance on top of pipe- need to install plywood in framing in attic around flue framing so no insulation can get in- pipe used does not have label on it pipe, one piece of pipe is painted black need to replace off fireplace in bathroom- living room fireplace ok- need to update permit to new construction for 2 fireplaces and change valuation and pay fees this is not an alteration
