1- need to submit acca report to city of boise for approval/ include erv in crawl with this on how is currently installed
2- need to insulate bare metal supply and return in crawl/ no exposed metal can be showing on taps too
3- need to support ducting in crawl in couple places
4- need to support line set at condenser and uv protect
5- mc cable needs approved ul listed weather tight fitting on condenser mc cable can not just pass thru appliance
