Area consists of 467 sq. ft.1st floor; 482 sq. ft. 2nd floor; and 481 sq. ft. basement. This building was previously used as offices for CSHQA and is proposed for same type of use by future tenant. NOTE: This building is currently on the National Register of Historical Places built in 1897 per statement in record on file. Building Official, Tim Hogland has approved the existing walls, openings, roofing, stairways (winder stairs, exclusive of required handrails) & structural frame to remain "as is" based on plans on file (Fiche #970536). Any new improvments or modifications are required to comply with current code under which the work is done and requires submittal of application and plans for review and approval for said work before any work can be done.
