A. Exterior exit doors require removal of thumb turn locking hardware and need to open in the direction of travel
B. Exit signage requires maintenance and relocation for visibility from any location.
C. Stairways with 2 or more risers require hand rails.
D. Conference room and offices located in basement do not meet required egress or natural light requirements.
E. Corridor system has a dead end configuration exceeding 20 feet.
F. Fire alarm system requires testing.
G. Electrical system requires review, multiple circuts observed.
