Provide a code compliant fire alarm system per review note #2. This will require a new permit to be issued since the original was expired. Provide suite number. Repair the exit sign at the main exit. Sprinkler pendant in the women's restroom is closer than 1' from a supply register. Mount fire extinguishers at 48" above finish floor. Cover electrical junction boxes in upstairs room.
