Repair exit signs. Remove thumb turns on the south and the east facing exterior doors. Provide automatic flush bolts on the main entry exit. Provide approved door hardware on the east side double doors. Provide verification on the annual inspection for the fire alarm. Provide dedicated circuit for the fire alarm panel (it appears to be on a light circuit) Lower the fire extinguisher in the riser room to 48" from finish floor to handle. Repair and test emergency lights. Repair the toilet leak. Provide covers on the electrical outlets that have been damaged. Pendant head at the base of the south stairs is obstructed by a light fixture which actually covers part of the eschouseon. Provide emergency light in stairwell.
