Proposed tenant will use the space as-is for fabrication and assembly of raw materials for motorcycle frames and attach tires, fuel tank & motor. There is no painting, fueling or oil involved with the fabrication as noted on plan presented by tenant. This work is done at other off-site locations. The tenant / applicant is responsible to see that welding and other hot work shall be regulated for compliance with Chapter 26, 2000 International Fire Code. If an office space is created by the tenant, the partions will not exceed a height of 5 feet 9 inches per IBC Sec. 105.2, exception 13. No other new construction is allowed under this permit. A "Certificate of Occupancy" is required for this tenant to legally occupy this space. drs
