To establish a Temporary Use Permit for approximately 5000 sq. ft of a 10200 sq. ft building for use as sleeping facilities (R-1) occupancy. The remaining portion of this structure may only be occupied by staff and volunteers and is not approved for occupancy by residents. Conditions and approval of occupancy are subject to terms and conditions established by Fire Department, PDS and approved plans received 10/23/07. Temporay use shall only be valid for 180 days and no extensions shall be granted. Prior to the expiration of the temporary use permit the owner shall submit architactual drawings to obtain the required building permits,obtain such pemits, commence with interior improvements and request the required inspections to obtain a permanent Certificate of Occupancy.
