Met with Grant (tenant) and Tony Young...several issues to deal with on building and plumbing......plumbing was done without a permit and by an unlicensed person. Plumbing was installed poorly and definitely not up to code....From my observation it definitly is a safety and health risk to tenants....Owner contacted and meeting set for 3/18 at 11:45....ds
