Met with Grant (tenant) and Tony Young...several issues to deal with on building and plumbing......plumbing was done without a permit and by an unlicensed person. Plumbing was installed poorly and definitely not up to code....From my observation it definitly is a safety and health risk to tenants....Owner contacted and meeting set for 3/18 at 11:45....ds

met w/353,, called owner,, will meet on 18mar08,, at 11:45 am,, multiple plumbing violations per 353,, other issues include possible violation of multi unit rental, (5) at this time,, will need to prove this is allowed,, quik check of records did not show as multi family
