Dave Hannah and I with the original builder and construction supervisor reviewed the interior of the single family dwelling and roadway in this subdivision. Excessive cracking, settlement was observed both inside and outside the structure. The developer and Strata engineering were performing soil testing/observation on the east side of the street. United Water has temporaryilly shut down two existing fire hydants on the street (Romeo was notified). Original builder will be hiring a professional engineer to evaluate the single family dwelling. Occupants of dwelling are currently residing in McCall for the week and dwelling is not occupied.
