The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system protecting a three level building.

The underground supply is under permit NAF14-00028

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

Plan modifications are required due to pipe routing changes due to steel beams. The area where these changes are located can not be covered until the plan modifications have been approved.
