All hydro tests have been previously completed. Walked through north east wing, identified painted heads to be replaced and heads in bathrooms that need to be changed to 175 deg due to proximity to heat source.
Previous item of concern with the unheated patio/storage area and sprinkler head. Contractor added a vent register between living space and patio storage area.

First floor overhead hydro test failed. First floor rough-in passed for the most part. See the city approved plans for locations where piping is ok to cover as marked in red. Plan modifications are required due to pipe routing changes due to steel beams. The area where these changes are located can not be covered until the plan modifications have been approved.
