Early Start Inspection on 11/3 for riser stub in. Riser ok to pour floor slab, discussed pouring around a ring for seismic protection. Verified appropriate depth on stub outside of building footing. End of pipe submerged in dirt, unsure if capped, ensure flush is done well at later date.
