The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of 3 level apartment building protected by a NFPA 13R wet system. There is a small amount of heat tracing where the main crosses the open corridor.

Legacy Apartment building "C". Permit for a new 3 story 24,116 sqft apartment building consisting of 24 units. Each dwelling unit shall contain an emergency guide in accordance with IFC section 408.9 indicating evacuation routes, smoke alarms and building fire extinguisher locations. This building is required to be fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system in accordance with NFPA 13 and NFPA 72. Separate fire protection permits will be required; as regulated by North Ada County Fire & Rescue District. SJA
