The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a new addition to an existing facility. The fire protection piping will be connected to the existing systems. The wet system CPVC piping will be ran in the attic and tented. A galvanized dry pipe system will protect the attic. The attic has a steeply pitched roof and has a 1-hour wall separating it from the existing attic.

Permit to construct a 1,799 Sq.Ft. addition to an assisted living facility. This building is fully fire sprinklered with an approved fire alarm system. Separate Fire Permits WILL BE REQUIRED.

Tie in piping is approved for cover. The fitting is going to repair the insulation/tenting in the new area. Per the general contractor the insulating contractor will tent the tie-ins. He will provide documentation to me when that work is done.

Rough in inspection complete for wet system area of work, wet system piping cannot be covered until tenting of wet system overhead fire sprinkler piping is complete and inspected.
