The elevator did not recall when the machine room detectyor was activated. The first and second floor levator lobby doors do not close/latch. Still need to test the shunt in the machine room.

Need as-builts, need to test elevator, need elevator doors on first and second floors to latch, need strobe raised in third floor restroom, need speaker added in third floor mech room, need correct size batteries in facp.

For todays inspection I verified the facp panel, voice evac panel, phone lines, and spacing of the notification devices. We also tested all of the fire sprinkler devices. I noted a notification device that is needed in the third floor storage room, and acouple devices that are overspaced and a wall mount device in the third floor restroom that is mounted too low. We have not tested any notification devices or duct smoke detectors. As-builts need to be submitted showing the additional devices/addressing.
