The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a new addition and a remodel of the existing kitchen. The existing 2” primary and secondary mains will be extended and four new branch lines added. The kitchen will have a loop installed.

Permit to remodel existing kitchen and construct a new 6,600 sq.ft. addition which includes a cafeteria for use by Boys & Girls club and partner public schools. This building is fully fire sprinklered with a fire alarm system. Separate permits will be required for necessary modifications to the existing building fire protection systems, including any commercial kitchen hood suppression systems; as regulated by North Ada County Fire Protection District.

Not ready for final. Still need hydro test for the new piping in the Kitchen and the ceiling tile needs to be removed so that a rough-in inspection can be done for the sprinkler piping in the Kitchen. Need ceiling tile installed in the clouds in the Dining area and all of the upright sprinklers in the Dining need the covers off the sprinklers.
