Phone #: ###-#### Internet Inspection Request from: Chris Field-Met with Bill Thompson with United Water for a walk thru for backflow pervention.1-need one rpba to serve the coffee machine, ice tea maker and hot water dispensor. 2-need a rpba on ice machine upstream of filter system. 3-need a rpba on dishwasher. 4-need a dbca on juicer. 5-need a dbca on hot cocoa machine. 6-need seperate water supply for soap dispensor at mop sink. 7-softner drain requires an air gap. 8-all backflow devices need tested & certified. Left correction notice on site.
