The water heater drain pan is blocking the floor drain and condensation is running all over the mechanical room floor.
Either remove the drain pan or drill a hole in it and run the condensate drain into the floor drain

The water softener drain is draining into a floor drain under the water heater without an air gap.
The water softener drain must have a minimum of a 1" air gap. A stand pipe could be installed into the floor drain vent off a trap in the wall.
