The water heater is in the master bathroom closet.
1. The closet door must be self-closer and gasketed. NFPA 80.6.1.4.2
2. The water heater pan is covering the lower combustion air. Cut a new combustion air opening to meet code.
3. The T&P is trapped and you cannot connect with a flex. Remove the flex an pipe without being trapped.
