Nate-homeowner needs conference with inspector even though he did not pull the permit Phone #: ###-####.
Met with Nate (homeowner and Mike Blessing (plumber). The sewer line in the trench is flat the majority of the run with slight grade to 1/4"/ft from the 100 foot make to the house. There is ensuffecient grade from the street to the house connection. The homeowner states that there is 24" approx. from the saddle to the 45 to horizontal in the street. The excavator walked off the job and will not return. I suggested to the owner, Nate to contact another excavator and work with them on lowering the connection at the sewer tap after a calculation is done to verify that will permit an 1/8" /foot grade.
