Fire riser room is not a rated room as required by Boise Municipal Code, Chapter 7 Fire Prevention Code section 903.1.2. Provide building permit fire review comments for project, documents are required to be onsite, per conversation with point of contact they are not onsite. Install addressing that is compliant with 2016 IFC section 505, current addressing does not meet the requirements of section 505. Provide corner lot addressing as defined in the BMC Chapter 7 section 505.3. Provide fire extinguishers with current inspection tags for each unit, fire extingiushers can be mounted under the sink. Correct the addressing with the monitoring company.

Provide a minimum of 10 bicycle parking spaces on the site. A minimum of 3 of the 10 bicycle parking spaces shall be covered. The bicycle parking spaces shall be located within 50-feet of the main entrance to the building. The spaces shall also be a minimum of 6-feet long and 2.5-feet wide and have an overhead clearance of 7-feet if covered. A 4-foot wide aisle is required between rows of bicycle parking spaces or nearby walls. Stationary racks shall be located on improved non-permeable surfaces and anchored to the ground.

Trash Enlcosure must be located outside of the required setbacks and meet Public Works Standards.

Construct all second and third story windows to be recessed a minimum of 2-inches from the façade.
