per the customer this was a 4 plex that he is now converting to a SFD-once he's done with this they were split the parcel-I prewarned him that if he builds new SFD's on the parcels that are split he will probably ahve to pay impact fees for them (sewer, polic, fire, park & ACHD) i told him what an estimate would be the new SFD
