There is a total of 8 storage building areas located on a single parcel. The entire scope of work includes construction of 12 individual storage buildings with a total of 107 storage units, a 658 sq. ft. clubhouse space with two single user restrooms, and a small counter with a sink. These buildings are not fire sprinklered. The buildings are divided into fire areas that shall not exceed 12,000 sq. ft. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. The resubmittal is being returned for the following reasons:
1) Provide a stamped, signed and dated by the Idaho licensed architect all plan sheets and remove the “NOT FOR PERMIT” statement.
2) Uploaded sheets shall have the same filename in order to overwrite the prior sheets. Several plan sheets are not named correctly and need to be revised.
3) Sheets that have been resubmitted are missing the required space reserved for City approval stamps as specified in the Electronic Plans Submittal Standards. Revise sheets with a blank 4” x 2” (4"x4" on cover) space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block. Verify ALL plan sheets have the required space for city approval stamp.

• Provide a Verification of Legal Lot or Parcel form signed and approved by PDS Subdivision Staff
• Provide a Site specific fire flow at hydrants letter from Suez Water
• Provide a completed Form #310 – Statement of Special Inspections must be completed by the design engineer
• Provide a Shallow Injection Well Inventory form Drainage plans with seepage beds must submit a “Shallow Injection Well Inventory” form from the Idaho Department of Water Resources available at: http://www.idwr.idaho.gov/wells/shallow-injection-wells.html
• Provide a Drainage System Operation & Maintenance Plan stamped and signed by Idaho licensed design professional
• Mark “yes” on the checklist that you have mailed the Permanent Operation & Maintenance Agreement form or dropped off the original signed and notarized document from the landowner to the Public Works Drainage Coordinator.
• Provide an Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Narrative. Narrative must be designed for the specific project, and be prepared and signed by a plan designer certified by Boise City.
