(MOD Pizza TI) Permit is to build out a new 2,781 sq. ft. restaurant in a new shell space constructed under BLD18-04470 in the existing development at Capitol and Front Streets. Note: site work and envelope including HVAC units and exterior lighting in compliance with 2015 IECC was approved with the shell permit. Work to include: construction of non-bearing interior walls and doors; modification to exterior patio railing; suspended ceilings; electrical power and interior lighting; mechanical including new RTU and pizza oven exhaust system; plumbing; kitchen equipment; millwork and interior finishes in compliance with Chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. DRH12-00319, DRH18-00459, & CUP12-00067 per Planning and Zoning. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system for A2 occupancy. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**

Final inspection for core and shell life fire safety has not been completed under BLD18-04470, permit is still in issued status. Final fire sprinkler inspections for FIR19-00233 and FIR19-00234 for core and shell has not been completed. Final fire sprinkler inspection for TI fire sprinkler modifications, FIR19-00573, has not completed. Final fire alarm inspection for TI fire alarm install, FIR19-00663 has not been completed. Final life fire safety for core and shell, final inspections for all FIR permits needs to be completed before TI life fire safety inspection will be completed.
