(SARMC CANCER CARE REMODEL) The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise and for occupancy. To remodel portions of the 1st and 2nd stories of the North Tower (470 sq ft including 2 exam rooms, 1 team room, and waiting area on the first story and 980 sq ft of infusion room and waiting area on the second story). Work to include: interior noncombustible nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceiling, gypsum board soffit, toilet room, new doors, counters, cabinets, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, and new finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes and ordinances. Any alterations or modifications to the building’s Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
