(BODEGA BOISE) Permit for tenant improvement in an existing 1,463 sq. ft. tenant space for a new bodega (small neighborhood market) in the John Alden Building. Work to include new interior nonbearing partition walls; product display shelving; reach-in freezer/coolers; new coffee bar; check-out counter, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work; and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes and ordinances. This building is fully fire sprinklered to eliminate corridor requirements.
