(INTEGRITY AUDIO VISUAL – GOWEN INDUSTRIAL PARK – WAREHOUSE BUILDING "A" - SUITE #100) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 51,408 sq. ft. building shell (Shell under BLD17-03872) to make a 10,368 sq. ft. tenant space for office and warehouse use (office is 1,904 sq. ft. + warehouse is 8,646 sq. ft.). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: interior concrete slab, construction of interior non-bearing walls to make (3) offices, a conference room, a storage closet, (2) accessible restrooms, IT closet, a hall, open office area, a reception area and a warehouse area, new door/door frames, millwork, new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
