Work to include: demolition of existing partition walls/doors, construction of interior non-combustible full height partition walls, reception area, four treatment rooms, two storage closets, two open exercise rooms, new light switching, new accessible doors / hardware, installation of ducts and diffusers, installation of new millwork, installation of 3 new sinks, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
