Work to include: demolition of existing nonbearing interior walls, demo existing sink, new office walls, new interior doors and relites, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. No changes to the existing structure or existing fire rated construction. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
