Previously noted items for life fire safety inspection have been completed. Phone lines for fire panel monitoring were effected by Century Link failure so fire panel was showing a communication failure, per conversation with Ron Johnson a fire watch is recommended and a 15 day TCO is authorized contingent on phone lines being repaired and fire sprinkler monitoring is established.

Fire spribkler head next to center bar area has head within 12 inches of air diffuser, needs to be an intermediate temperature head to be code compliant, current temp for sprinkler is 155 degree. Numerous escutcheons are missing throughout, all escutcheons need to be in place on fire sprinklers. New cooking epuipment has been installed as well as exisitng cooking equipment has been moved, modification to the hood fire suppression system may be required, contact a licensed commercial hood contractor for corrections (A permit will be required for ANY modifications to the hood system).
