(CAPITOL & FRONT PAD 3 SHELL) Permit to construct a new 2,781 sq ft one-story shell building and related site improvements in the existing development at Capitol and Front Streets. Work to include: wood framed exterior walls with masonry veneer and stucco, metal canopies, and wood truss roof; exterior windows and doors; exterior lighting and power; mechanical roof top units; rough plumbing. Envelope, lighting, and mechanical in compliance with the 2015 IECC. This is a shell permit only; separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. DRH12-00319, DRH18-00459, & CUP12-00067 per Planning and Zoning. Special Inspections required per the attached Form 310. NOTE: This building will be fully fire sprinkled and have an approved fire alarm system. Gas meter is set in the wrong location, city approved drawings show gas meter by north door, currently meter is set under PIV for fire sprinklers, needs to be relocated to give the required 36 inch clearance around PIV.
