To construct 6 garage buildings having a total floor area of about 13,240 square feet (two 8 unit buildings at about 1,864 square feet each, two 10 unit buildings at about 2,330 square feet each, and two 10 unit buildings at about 2,426 square feet each), to construct 29 carports of various sizes having a total floor area of about 42,405 square feet, and to construct 6 uncovered trash enclosures having an interior floor area of about 192 square feet each all to serve a new residential development. The carports include two 3 stall carports at 648 square feet each, three 4 stall carport at 647 square feet, five six 6 stall carport at 972 square feet each, one 7 stall carport at 1,296 square feet, five 8 stall carports at 1,296 square feet each, two 9 stall carports at 1,620 square feet each, four 10 stall carports at 1,620 square feet each, two 12 stall carports at 2,160 square feet each, one 14 stall carport at 2,520 square feet, two 16 stall carports at 2,880 square feet each, and one 18 stall carport at 3,240 square feet. For the garages, work is to include concrete footings, concrete stem walls, concrete slabs on grades, wood stud exterior walls, structural wood panel shear walls with hold downs, interior 1-hr fire barrier walls that also function as gypsum shear walls, engineered wood trusses, structural wood panel roof deck and diaphragm, overhead doors, architectural shingles, and fiber cement horizontal lap siding. The truss design is a deferred submittal item. For the carports, work is to include concrete footings, steel columns, steel beams, steel purlins, and steel panel roofs.
