Service or replace exit signs and emergency lighting that is inoperable as discussed. Provide annual inspections for fire extinguishers, last inspection for extinguishers was 2016. Fire sprinkler system has a current inspection tag. Preaction fire sprinkler system riser is still in place but has been disconnected and removed from service, fire sprinkler piping on the preaction system has been converted to a wet system but valve trim is still in place. Change pendant fire sprinkler that is to close to wall to a vertical sidewall to be code compliant.
