Work to include: removal of select interior walls, removal of select exterior storefront entry door, removal and replacement of exterior storefront windows, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select floor finishes, removal of select millwork, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, (3) meeting rooms, an open break area and select wall infill, an IT room, a deploy room, (3) phone rooms, a collaboration room, a vestibule, a reception area, a lounge area, open office areas and a break area, select new interior and exterior door/door frames, select new framed walls at restrooms existing walls to deck above, select new interior storefront windows, new Hi/Lo drinking fountain, millwork, select new suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, light fixtures, new rooftop mechanical heat pumps, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This basement only building is Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

Previously noted items have been corrected except for the round type door hardware that is still on 3 doors, the mech room door, janitors closet and large room southside basement, round type door hardware needs to be replaced with code compliant door hardware before BLD final, hardware change will be verified during BLD final per conversation with Dave Hannah. Fire sprinkler inspection complete, fire alarm inspection complete, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags, final life fire safety inspection is complete, card has been signed for fire alarm, fire sprinkler and life safety.
