Work to include: replace the existing door and portion of the wall with a storefront wall at the License Access Door and update security access; remove and replace a portion of the counter in Juvenile Probation Reception Area, add a new door and storefront wall and install security access to this area. Interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. No change of use or occupancy. A Certificate of Completion will be issued upon completion of work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ***BJM***
