(City Hall - 4TH FLOOR PUBLIC WORKS) Permit is to remodel an existing 11,062 sq. ft. business space on the 4th floor within the existing building. (Work will include selective interior demolition in three different phases in conjunction with three phases of tenant remodel to allow floor business functions to continue. Phased work shall keep a clear and unobstructed access to the exits at all times). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls, removal of door/door frames, removal of millwork, removal of floor finish, removal of acoustic ceiling, removal of restroom fixtures and partitions, construction of interior non-bearing walls, new interior storefront windows, door/door frames, new partitions and plumbing fixtures at accessible restroom, millwork, suspended acoustic ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
