Permit to raise/replace existing beam over Living Room to have bottom of beam flush with existing ceiling, replace ceiling at front of Living Room to be flush with new beam, add new Front Door, select windows, coat closet, pantry closet, new covered front porch over a deck, replacing the majority of existing siding (all but bricked areas). Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms to be updated as needed/required. All work to be done as per plans, notes, engineering and local codes. Separate electrical permit required. ***BJM***
