(COSTA VIDA) (TWO PERMITS IN EPLAN UNDER BLD20-00308) There are two permits under this ePlan one for Costa Vida and one for the Vanilla T.I. (BLD20-00725). No occupancy is allowed under this permit. Future tenants shall apply for occupancy prior to occupying either space. This building is fire sprinkled for area increase. Permit to remodel an existing 7,840 sqft restaurant A-2 building. The remodel will divide the existing building into two tenant spaces this permit is for 3,705 sqft West side space and BLD20-00725 for vanilla T.I. 2,915 sqft East side space the remodel will eliminate 1,220 sqft from the originally constructed total area. Work to include: extensive demo work including removal of exterior windows, exterior doors, roof, interior non-bearing partition walls, millwork, commercial kitchen, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. New work to include: exterior windows, exterior doors, roof, interior non-bearing partition walls, doors, millwork, walk-in cooler, commercial kitchen, demising wall, mechanical work, electrical work, and plumbing work. Existing bathrooms to remain and shared by both tenant spaces. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**
