Executive bath 1 is 1 is not. 406.3(E)- All non locking-type 125 volt, 15 and 20 amp receptacles that are controlled by an automatic control device for the purpose of energy management or building automation shall be marked with the controlled symbol and the word "controlled". Explained 2015 energy code that was adopted on 1/1/18 for lighting commissioning report needed.
IECC 2015 C408.3.1- Functional testing. Prior to passing final inspection, the registered design professional shall provide evidence that the lighting contrrol systems have been tested to ensure that control hardware and software are calibrated, adfusted, programmed and in proper working condition with the construction documents and manufacturer's instructions. Functional testing shall be in accordance with C408.3.1.1 and C408.3.1.2 for application control type.
